The Maaridh Beach resort is a 5-Star Marriott branded Resort hotel with 300 keys, conferencing, banqueting and parking facilities. The resort site is 145,581.10m² in total and Phase 1 will fit within a portion of this overall area. The anticipated BUA for the project is around 30,000 m².
