THE ONE JVC - DUBAI.
Architect:NORR CONSULTANTS, DUBAI, UAE.
This high rise hotel tower includes 40 levels of guest rooms, totalling 496 keys. The hotel tower sits atop 4 floors height podium parking floors. The project includes high speed elevators, all lifts, all zone configuration with advanced control features and most modern operational controls. The hotel is developed by the FIRST GROUP.

VTME provided review of existing traffic analysis solution, evaluation of contractor's alternate proposals, guidance on rearranging population and operating conditions for the hotel operator.
