KING’S WALK MALL HOTEL & APARTMENTS, DAMMAM AND RIYADH.
Architect: DEWAN ARCHITECTS, ABU DHABI.
The hotel includes nearly 113 rooms and the apartment includes 68 apartments. The project is 6 floors tall above ground with a basement parking floor.
VTME provides full VT design services for the elevator package for this iconic project from concept design until tender specifications.
