Architect: RMJM, DUBAI, UAE.
Developed by Bloom Properties, Bloom Marina Tower is a luxury class residential tower in Dubai marina. With 279 residential units, the tower stands 210mtrs. Tall with townhouses and resident facilities at the podium facilities. Five levels of basement parking meets the resident/visitor parking requirements.
 
VTME provides Vertical Transportation Design/Specification services for the entire tower meeting international and regional performance standards.
